Ummmm, there isn't really a test or selection way that I choose ops. I choose ops by looking at how people are in the room, how others in the room react to them and also how long they have been in the chat and constribute to the various convos.

Also abiding by the basic rules Very Happy

The one way you DO NOT get ops is by asking me repeatidly (including PMING) and also asking others to op you.
